Common questions from partners
Will you contact my client directly?
Never. We only communicate with you, the partner. Your client doesn't know we exist unless you choose to tell them. We sign NDAs on request, and we never market our services to clients introduced through partners.
Can I brand the output under my own agency?
Yes. We deliver clean files or a live site that you present as your own work. If you prefer white-labelled output (no TheMalaysian.com branding anywhere in the code or admin), see our White Label arrangement.
What information do you need to get started?
A brief describing the client's business, the package they've purchased, any existing branding (logo, colours, fonts), the content to be placed on the site, and any reference sites. The more you give us upfront, the faster we deliver.
What if my client requests revisions after delivery?
Each package includes one round of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at RM150/hour. We're transparent about this upfront so you can build it into your client agreement.
Do you offer volume pricing for agencies sending multiple projects?
Yes, for partners sending regular work we can discuss preferred rates and retainer arrangements. Call us or send us an email to discuss your expected volume.
How do we handle hosting — do I manage it or do you?
Flexible. We can host on our infrastructure and you manage the client relationship, or we can deploy to your client's existing hosting. Just let us know at the brief stage.
