What's the difference between shared hosting and VPS?
Shared hosting means your website shares server resources (CPU, RAM, storage) with other websites on the same server. It's affordable and perfectly sufficient for most business websites. VPS (Virtual Private Server) gives your website dedicated resources that aren't shared — more power, more reliability, and better performance under high traffic. Most small and medium business websites don't need a VPS.
Is the .com domain included in all plans?
Yes — all hosting plans and email hosting plans include your .com domain registration as part of the annual fee. No separate domain invoice to manage.
What happens if my site goes down?

Can I upgrade from shared hosting to VPS later?
Yes — if your business grows and shared hosting no longer meets your needs, we can migrate you to a VPS plan. Contact us and we'll assess whether an upgrade is actually needed before recommending it.
Do I need hosting if I already have a website package?
Our web design packages (Starter, Silver, Gold, eCommerce, AI-Ready) include hosting as part of the annual renewal. You don't need to purchase hosting separately if you're on one of these packages. The standalone hosting plans are for clients who need hosting only — for example, if you've had a website built elsewhere and want to move it to us.
How do I get my email set up?
We handle the full setup for you. Once you sign up for our email hosting plan, we'll configure your email account and send you the settings to add to your phone and computer. You don't need to touch any technical settings yourself.
